During these three intensive days, you will systematically learn the basic principles of our training and therapy philosophy of human biomechanics. The focus is on the analysis, interpretation, and correction of common postural and movement deviations as well as other functional deviations of the musculoskeletal system.
Participants will learn a structured, hypothesis-driven approach. Particular emphasis will be placed on differentiating between structural changes, adaptive compensation strategies, and functional movement avoidance patterns. In addition, a clearly defined diagnostic flow and a practice-oriented model based on objective testing procedures will be taught, enabling the precise identification of the individual needs of patients and clients.
A central component of the course is practical self-awareness. This enables a deeper understanding of how altered neuromuscular activation patterns directly affect posture, movement control, and load distribution.
The overall goal of the course is to develop a sound understanding of human biomechanics, posture control, and functional movement and to apply this knowledge confidently in both theory and practice. The content taught is designed to be directly applicable in working with patients/clients.
